2 Data Processing & Hosting

We host our services on Cloudflare's global network. Your data is processed in transit and at rest using Cloudflare's encrypted infrastructure.

  • Sensitive data should not be shared with AI models if it requires strict confidentiality.

3 AI Data Usage

SkyDreamKnowledge utilizes Cloudflare's high-performance AI infrastructure. While processing your requests:

  • Inputs are processed through isolated inference engines to generate responses.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.
  • Your private data is never used to train public foundational AI models.

2 Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, company/tenant name, and password (securely hashed).

Customer Data (Documents): You may upload business documents (e.g., PDFs, text files) to create your knowledge base. We process the text within these documents to provide our Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) service.

Usage Data: We collect basic chat logs, query history, and usage metrics to facilitate the service and audit logs for your tenant administrators.

3 Data Storage & Third-Party Processors

To provide a fast, secure, and scalable service, we utilize Cloudflare, Inc. as our primary infrastructure provider (Sub-processor).

  • Document Storage: Your uploaded files are stored securely in Cloudflare R2 object storage.
  • Vectorization & AI Processing: Document text is processed and indexed using Cloudflare AI Search and Cloudflare Workers AI.
  • AI Data Use: Your documents and queries are processed for your tenant's requested service. Cloudflare states that Workers AI customer content is not used to train its available AI models or improve services without explicit consent; see its data usage policy.

4 Data Security & Retention

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement logical separation (tenant isolation) to ensure that users can only search and access documents uploaded within their specific company tenant. You have the right to delete your documents or request full account deletion at any time, which will permanently remove your data from our active Cloudflare infrastructure.

AI is poor at reading nested, complex tables or merged cells. Try to convert tabular data into bullet points for perfect comprehension.

Example (Bullet Point Conversion)
Instead of using a complex table with merged cells to outline leave days, write it directly as: '• 1 Year: 7 days leave; • 2 Years: 10 days leave; • 3 Years: 14 days leave'.
Rule 4

Explain Acronyms

If your company refers to Performance Appraisal as 'PA', define it early in the document: 'PA = Performance Appraisal'. This ensures that when users search for PA, the AI can make the correct semantic association.
