Welcome to SkyDreamRAG, provided by the SkyDreamCity Team ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our intelligent corporate knowledge assistant services.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address, company/tenant name, and password (securely hashed).

Customer Data (Documents): You may upload business documents (e.g., PDFs, text files) to create your knowledge base. We process the text within these documents to provide our Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) service.

Usage Data: We collect basic chat logs, query history, and usage metrics to facilitate the service and audit logs for your tenant administrators.

3. Data Storage & Third-Party Processors

To provide a fast, secure, and scalable service, we utilize Cloudflare, Inc. as our primary infrastructure provider (Sub-processor).

  • Document Storage: Your uploaded files are stored securely in Cloudflare R2 object storage.
  • Vectorization & AI Processing: Document text is processed and indexed using Cloudflare AI Search and Cloudflare Workers AI.
  • Zero Public Training: The data you upload and the queries you submit are processed strictly within your isolated tenant environment. Your private corporate data is never used to train public foundational AI models.

4. Data Security & Retention

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement logical separation (tenant isolation) to ensure that users can only search and access documents uploaded within their specific company tenant. You have the right to delete your documents or request full account deletion at any time, which will permanently remove your data from our active Cloudflare infrastructure.
